Septic:
"It's a dirty job, but someone has to do it." Actually, in the
beginning, it's a very clean project and L.A.B knows how important it is
to follow the septic design closely to insure that your inspector is
happy the first time. Positioning and leveling are the key
considerations when installing a septic system.
Backfilling:
What's the big deal? So you can push some dirt back into the hole. Piece
of cake, right? Wrong. There are foundation drainage considerations,
fill compaction and final grade to worry about. Not to mention avoiding
damage to the foundation. A proper backfill is the essential start to a
dry basement and proper landscaping.
Excavation:
From a task as small as a posthole to a gas line trench, all the way to
an entire home foundation, L.A.B is prepared to dig safely and
accurately to create the exact hole in the earth your project requires.
Give us a chance to compete with the larger excavation companies. We may
take a little longer to complete the task, but in the long run you will
save considerable expense and have much less damage to the surrounding
property.
Grading:
Everything gets a grade. Gravel driveways have to be smooth and shed
water appropriately. Lawns also must have proper drainage and have
esthetic and functional grade to them. L.A.B takes great care and pride
in putting down the correct material at the right amount and processing
it without taking short cuts to create an attractive and long lasting
final product.
Drainage:
Often overlooked, but fundamentally important is the design and
implementation of a system for the graceful and effective drainage of
rainwater. Ineffective drainage can result in the loss of thousands of
dollars of landscaping and site work. L.A.B has experience with driveway
drainage, road runoff, foundation drains and keeping backyards dry.
